Together with Sprangers Construction Company, Ballast Nedam Construction & Development South renovated the Avans University of Applied Sciences in Breda. The existing buildings were thoroughly modernized. 

During this renovation project, the connecting corridors between the various buildings were demolished and a series of new corridors and entrances were built. The project managers opted for Bekina BeSealed waterproof Sealing UFOs around the spacers in the formwork to ensure a 100% waterproof seal.
